Are you a self-beginner in makeup?
Well…there is no shame in that, because we have all gone through that, not know properly what brush to use, how to apply the eye-shadows, let alone how to blend, what foundation to use and what color to put on. But don’t worry, I am here, trying to help you with some tips.
When we are talking about makeup, we have to think about some important things to do before to start.
The most important step: we have to clean properly our face and neck with a cleansing gel wash/or cleansing water and cotton pads and or with a micellar gel wash; and after we have to hydrate very well using a moisturizer cream or serum by lightly pressing it into our skin for about couple of seconds. We have to do this step, also before going to bed. These are vital steps that yield the best final results. Don’t forget to always moisturize your lips using the lips balm of your choice.
Well…and now I will try to write couple of tips to put on your makeup.
Step 1: Foundation. When you are looking for the right foundation, try and match it to your beck rather than your face as you want your face color blend seamlessly between them two parts. Always start from the face center and work outwards. You can use a blender, as a beauty blender
Step 2: Concealer and a moisturizer with a translucent powder. As always, go slow and don’t use it all up at once, use a brush to apply layers under the eyes, on the chin, in the t-zone, and around the nose (in the winter time😊)
Step 3: Curl the lashes. Before applying your mascara is better to curl your lashes (for me it’s like wake up my face😊)
Step 4: Eyeshadow.Try to build the color slowly and in layers. Be carefully and don’t dab a lot on all at once. With a small brush, also you can add a tiny line of shadow under the eye. After all this, for some seductive eyes you can apply an eyeliner.
Step 5: Mascara.A really good tip to do not overload the lashes is to work in layers and slowly.
Step 6: Eyebrows. You have to choose a color that is slightly paler than your natural color. Fill in your eyebrows in light feathery strokes, making sure to accentuate and elongate.
Step 7: Checks. You can try a cream blush for a natural glow, that’s easy to blend in; or you can opt for powder blush, using a fluffy brush.
Step 8: Lips. You can apply the lipstick directly on the lips or you can you a brush. Also, you can put on a lip gloss.
Step 9: Final Touches. To set the makeup on and to reduce the shine, you can use a thick brush and dust the T-Zone with a losing setting powder; or you can use some translucent powder.
These are just couple of tips for a home day makeup.
