Do you think you a have a healthy life? A proper health? Do you know the importance of doing a couple of minutes per day a bit of sport?
In my opinion most of us have a busy life and we forgot to eat healthy or to do some exercises, as I previously said in one of my articles We are not giving a specific importance to our lifestyle, we always have another priority. I think that, at some point, we start to think to change our lifestyle, but when? Try to think more seriously about this question because our life it is like a game.
We should all aim to eat healthy, a varied diet based on the principle of the ‘Eatwell Guide’ which matches our energy needs. This advice still applies when taking part in regular physical activity, such as going to the gym, swimming, running, cycling, or even if you don't have time to do none of this, you can have a walk for a minimum of half an hour. You should have an active lifestyle. However, when exercising, your body will consume more energy. Unless you are trying to lose weight, you may find that you need to eat more food to give you your body extra energy it needs.
Is not as difficult as you think having a healthy life, you just need to be optimistic and to try.
Eating well for physical activity, work, study, sport can have many benefits including: allowing you to perform well in your chosen activity or, and the most important thing, reducing the risk of injury and illness.
Just think…for example, obesity, is a serious health concern. Excess body fat can overwork the heart, bones, and muscles. It can also increase your risk for developing high blood pressure, stroke varicose vein, breast cancer and others. We can avoid all this problem having a healthy diet.
A healthy diet should contain plenty of fruit and vegetables, some protein and starchy foods and fiber. It is also important to stay hydrated. Limit your intake of sugar, salt (sodium), and alcohol. Having a balanced dietis important to being in good life.
One of the most important roles in our diet are carbohydrates. They are providing our energy during day. The body can store in the muscles and liver as glycogen, and use these stores as a source of fuel for the brain and muscle.
Also, dealing with stress can cause trouble in our daily life. Try to be always optimist and enthusiastic for all the things which they are coming in our life.
Switching to a healthy diet doesn't have to be an all. You don’t have to be perfect. A better approach is to make a few small changes at a time. Keeping your goals modest can help you achieve more in the long term.
