Health can be defined as physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Factors for a good health include genetics, the environment, relationships and education.

The first step to be healthy is to be optimist. Health-care exists to help people maintain this optimal state of health.
Well… here are some key point about our lifestyle.

A healthful diet, exercise, screening for diseases and coping strategies can all enhance a person’s health.😊

I know there are lots good advises about a healthy life which we are trying to respect for a long term but is quite difficult to do this. I think all of us are loving a good life without any restriction in diet, sport or well-being. Whatever, everything about how to be healthy is about our attitude. We have to auto-educate ourselves.

With a good food habits and daily physical activity you will be well on your way to a healthy life. Easy to say buy sometimes not easy to do it.

Our busy lifestyles can be hard on us and on our family’s health. Rushing always from home to work, or with kids to different activities, can make it hard to find time to be physically active. We also have unhealthy snacks or food. 

An important tip for a healthy lifestyle is to get a good night’s sleep. If you have trouble sleeping, try to relax using relaxation techniques such as meditation and yoga. It is good though for the mental health as well. Try to write down worries or stressful thoughts to get them out of your head and onto the page. This will help you put them into perspective so can quit worrying them. This is a really good exercise for me, I can feel much better, more relaxed

You can do all the right things, but you have to have personal relationships with people who are healthy and positive.

Try to find a satisfaction when you get the word in a discussion.

Both eating and physical activity are fun, sensory experience. They both should be aim for pleasure.Pay attention to the nutritional value for foods you choose to eat, as well as your sense of satisfaction, relaxation and tension when you sit down to eat. Check in with yourself as you eat or how much to eat.

Sometimes the biggest deterrent to improve health is feeling impress by all available advice from people or research. Try to focus first on one small habit and turn it into a healthy positive habit.

Try do not care about what other people think. It is not worth expending your energy on the opinions of others. Be true to yourself, and you will attract people who will appreciate more your value and who you are.😊
