Probably everyone of us has tried at least one miracle diet in their life but didn't work, in fact it brought us more weight instead of taking it away.
In this article we’re going to present an easy to keep diet that has results even from week 1.
I have personally tried it and I still do and works amazing. It’s not really strict as other diets are and you can adapt it to your schedule.
Let’s start with the plan:
You choose between a banana or an orange, light yogurt or milk with some berries.
1. One piece of any fish served with 3 spoons of boiled rice and cabbage salad.
2. Any grilled or boiled lean meats such as: beef, chicken breast, lamb, etc.
3. One baked chicken leg with 150 gr of grilled mushrooms.
4. Vegetable cream soup.
5. 2 small grilled chicken breasts with 3 small baked potatoes.
6. 300 gr of boiled vegetables (mexican mix) with chicken.
7. 100 gr of integral pasta with cherry tomatoes and bazil.
You can choose between a banana, one grapefruit or any kind of berries.
This is it. Not so hard, right?
I need to add that every morning before your first eat, you can drink one cup of green tea and every evening before bed, you can drink one cup of ginger tea with a slice of lime.
These 2 teas really helped me detox my body because they both contain antioxidants and they adjust your gastro-intestinal transit.
