Probably everyone of us has tried at least one miracle diet in their life but didn't work, in fact it brought us more weight instead of taking it away.

In this article we’re going to present an easy to keep diet that has results even from week 1.

I have personally tried it and I still do and works amazing. It’s not really strict as other diets are and you can adapt it to your schedule.

Easy and Light Diet to Lose Weight or Detox Your Body

This diet is a “Same Hour Every Day” diet.

Let’s start with the plan:

Breakfast( 8:00 ):

1. One piece of integral toast with cottage cheese and a sliced tomato.
2. One bowl of oatmeal with any kind of fruits.
3. 2 scrambled eggs (no butter, no oil).
4. 200 ml of light yogurt with 3 spoons of corn flakes and 2 spoons of oatmeal flakes.
5. One piece of integral toast with canned tuna and a sliced tomato.
6. One piece of integral toast, sprinkle some oregano, a sliced tomato and feta cheese.
7. Omelet out of three eggs and some vegetables.

Snack( 11:00 ):

You choose between a banana or an orange, light yogurt or milk with some berries.


1. One piece of any fish served with 3 spoons of boiled rice and cabbage salad.
2. Any grilled or boiled lean meats such as: beef, chicken breast, lamb, etc.
3. One baked chicken leg with 150 gr of grilled mushrooms.
4. Vegetable cream soup.
5. 2 small grilled chicken breasts with 3 small baked potatoes.
6. 300 gr of boiled vegetables (mexican mix) with chicken.
7. 100 gr of integral pasta with cherry tomatoes and bazil.

Snack (15:30):

You can choose between a banana, one grapefruit or any kind of berries.

Dinner ( 18:00, or if you normally go to sleep later than 23:00 you can eat your dinner no later than 19:30 ):

  1. Grilled chicken with lettuce salad.
  2. Grilled vegetables: 3 pieces of zucchini, 3 pieces of mushrooms and some green beans.
  3. Vegetable soup with no salt added.
  4. Cooked or boiled cork with grilled salmon.
  5. Fruit smoothie (one banana, 4 strawberries and some milk).
  6. Light yogurt or milk with berries.
  7. Fruit salad (apple, pear, orange, grapefruit, pinapple).

This is it. Not so hard, right?

I need to add that every morning before your first eat, you can drink one cup of green tea and every evening before bed, you can drink one cup of ginger tea with a slice of lime.

These 2 teas really helped me detox my body because they both contain antioxidants and they adjust your gastro-intestinal transit.
