What does your Hair say about you?

We daily see women around us wit a dirty hair or a messy one. What do we think about them? It can be a reflection and reinforcement of who you are. And sometime your hair speaks for you, even when you do not say anything. In my opinion a nice hair can show lots of nice things about a woman.

The first step in hair care is your diet and the two most important things in your diet are iron and protein,but also you have to consume water to prevent hair breakage and fruits, raw vegetables, whole grains, flaxseed oils. The hair cells are the fastest growing cells in the body but they are also the first ones to be affected if you do not eat right.

In this world are couple of different hairs, like straight or curly hair, long/ very long or medium short or very short hair. All these types of hair mean something about you. For example a woman with a long hair could show a business woman; a curly hair shows a creative or a casual woman.

I am losing couple of strands hair but I am not panicking. It normal to lose 100-150 strands of hair a day. When your hair is wet, try to comb it with extreme care because is extremely fragile and will prone to breakage. Use a broad toothed comb and run it from the roots to the ends as gently as possible.

I trim my hair every month and looks very healthy. :) I love it. It is very important to do it because you have to get rid of those rough split end.

Try to avoid washing your hair everyday and if you will do it, apply some conditioner on the ends. Try to use the same brand of shampoo and conditioner.

A conditioner might work nice for your hair, but oils gives it certain minerals, vitamins and essential fatty acids that do not just strengthen your roots but also overall health of your hair like coconut oil, arganoil, olive oil, castor oil and others.

Another good tip for your hair, is to rinse the conditioner with some cold water, because it is good for both strength and shine. Dry your hair with minimal heat, as extreme heat will damage most hair.

Try to brush your hair couple of time per day to stimulate your scalp. It will promote the natural oils and removes dead scalp tissue.
