When returning an item to us, please put your original Order ID on the package for easier returns.
We don't provide Return Label for returned items. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date for any issues to be qualified for an exchange.
We replace any missing or lost packages free of charge.
